Timeline & Turnaround Expectations

Our goal is to provide high-quality products and clear communication every step of the way.

Typical turnaround time:

  • Standard Orders: 10–15 business days after final design approval and payment.

  • Rush Orders: Available for select products (additional rush fees apply).

  • Custom or Specialty Items: May require additional time, depending on vendor availability.

You’ll receive an estimated delivery date when your order is confirmed.

Design & Proofing Process

Every order includes a digital proof for your review before production begins.
To ensure accuracy and avoid delays:

  • Review all proofs carefully before approving.

  • Design changes after proof approval may incur a $25–$50 design change fee depending on project scope.

  • Empowered Marketing & Media is not responsible for design errors approved by the client.

Need help designing from scratch? Our creative team can develop your artwork or refresh your logo for an additional fee.

Artwork & Logo Requirements

To achieve the best print quality, please submit:

  • High-resolution files (300 DPI minimum)

  • Preferred formats: .AI, .EPS, .SVG, or high-quality .PNG/.PDF

  • Fonts embedded or outlined

If you don’t have a print-ready logo, we can help — just let us know, and we’ll prepare your file for production (design fees may apply).

Payment & Order Confirmation

A deposit of 50% will be required for all customized promotional products.
Production will not begin until payment and proof approval are received.
We accept all major credit cards and digital payment options.

Order Issues & Replacements

We take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the issue and your order number.

  • We’ll work quickly to correct or replace the affected items.

Please note: minor variations in color or placement may occur due to print processes.

Rush Fees & Priority Orders

Rush fees vary based on quantity, product type, and timeline.
